Every product has its own size guide on the page. Just tap "Size Guide" below the size selector and match your measurements (under bust, over bust, waist, and hips) to the chart. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort, particularly on bodysuits and bras.

Our shapewear runs true to size. Compression is built into the fit, so you should feel firm, supportive hold rather than pinching. If you find yourself between two sizes, size up. Fit feedback from customers appears on each product page once enough reviews are in.

Sizing varies a great deal from one label to the next, so we always recommend going by your own measurements rather than the size you usually buy elsewhere. Take a moment to measure, compare against the chart on the product page, and size up if you're in between. It's the surest way to get the fit right the first time.

Size up. Shapewear that sits too tight can dig, roll, and create lines under clothing, which is the opposite of what you want. A slightly larger size still delivers firm support, with all-day comfort.

No. Every Shapey piece is finished with seamless edges that lie flat under fitted tops, dresses, and skirts. Our nude tones disappear under whites and pastels, brown blends with deeper skin tones, and black stays invisible under darker clothing.

Our shapewear is built from a high-stretch nylon and spandex blend engineered for firm support and recovery. Bras feature cushioned underwire and seamless wide-wing construction, while bodysuits use compression mesh through the core panels for tummy and waist control. Every Shapey piece is tagged "Firm Support," which is stronger than light shaping yet designed to be worn comfortably all day. Pieces like The Iron High-Waist Short deliver our firmest compression for special occasions, while everyday styles such as our bodysuits and bras give you support you can wear from morning to night.

We don't recommend our compression shapewear during pregnancy. For postpartum support it's a wonderful companion, and many of our customers reach for The Workout Wrap during recovery. As a precaution, please check with your doctor before wearing any compression garment postpartum, especially in the first six weeks.

As soon as your order ships, a tracking link is sent to you by email. You can also sign in to your Shapey account at any time to view your orders and their status.

It's simple and completely stress-free. Just message our team on WhatsApp or by email, let us know what you'd like to return or swap, and we'll arrange everything for you. As long as the piece is unworn, in its original condition with tags attached and the hygiene strip intact, a refund or exchange is no problem at all. You can find the full conditions on our Return & Refund Policy page.

For hygiene reasons, the gusset on bodysuits and any briefs or thongs can't be returned once the protective hygiene strip has been removed. Everything else can be returned in its original, unworn condition with tags attached. If you're unsure, message us before removing the strip and we'll guide you.

Easily. Message us on WhatsApp or by email and we'll take care of it, arranging a pickup of the original piece and sending out your replacement. You only pay if there's a difference in price.

Once your piece is back with us and checked, we process your refund to the original payment method straight away. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear on your statement.

Hand-washing in cool water with a mild detergent will give your pieces the longest life. If you prefer to machine wash, place them in a mesh laundry bag and use a cold, delicate cycle, then lay flat to dry. Always skip the dryer, as heat breaks down the elastic fibres that give shapewear its compression.

Please don't. Always lay flat to dry. The heat of a dryer damages the spandex fibres and can shorten the life of your shapewear by half or more.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby, Tamara, and cash on delivery within the UAE.
