Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a Size Guide. Match your body measurements to the chart. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up. For The Sculpt Lift Bra (40 individual cup sizes from 34B to 48DDD), use your standard bra size.
What if I’m between sizes?
Always size up. Shapewear should feel firm but never painful — too-tight pieces create the lines and bulges they’re meant to smooth.
Will it pinch or roll up?
No. All Shapey pieces are designed with reinforced waistbands, silicone grip linings where appropriate, and seamless edges that lay flat. If you’re experiencing discomfort, you may have a size too small — reach out and we’ll help you re-size.
Are sizes consistent across products?
Bras are sized by band/cup (e.g. 36C). Bodysuits, shorts, and waist trainers use S/M/L/XL/XXL bands. Always check the Size Guide on each product page for specifics.
Do you carry plus sizes?
Yes. Most pieces go up to XXL. The Sculpt Lift Bra extends to 48DDD with G/H specialty cups in select bands. Need something beyond what’s listed? WhatsApp us — we may be able to help.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Currently across the UAE only — all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
How long will my order take?
Most UAE orders arrive in 2–4 business days. Dubai and Abu Dhabi are typically same-day or next-day. Other emirates: 2–4 days.
What does shipping cost?
Calculated at checkout based on your emirate. Free shipping on orders above a threshold — check the banner at the top of the site for current promo.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. COD is available across the UAE. A small handling fee applies and is shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track from your account dashboard.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Are there items I can’t return?
For hygiene reasons, the following are final sale:
- Nipple covers
- Thongs and thong-style bodysuits (the gusset)
- Any item where the original packaging seal has been broken
How do I start a return?
Email contact@shapey.co or send us a WhatsApp. Include your order number and a brief reason. We’ll send return instructions within 24 hours.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Can I exchange instead of returning?
Yes. Exchanges for a different size or color are processed faster than refunds — usually within 3 business days.
Product Care
How should I wash my Shapey pieces?
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Machine wash on delicate inside a mesh bag if needed. Always wash like colors together.
Can I tumble dry?
No. The compression fibers degrade in heat. Air dry flat or hang to dry.
What should I avoid?
- Bleach
- Direct ironing
- Dry cleaning
- Tumble drying
- Soaking overnight
How long should my shapewear last?
With proper care, expect 12–18 months of regular wear before compression starts to relax. Most customers refresh their core pieces annually.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby (split into 4 interest-free), Tamara (split into 3–4 interest-free), and Cash on Delivery.
Are prices in AED?
Yes. All prices on the site are in UAE Dirhams (AED), inclusive of VAT.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Choose Tabby or Tamara at checkout to split your order into interest-free payments. No fees, no interest, available to most UAE residents.
Do you offer discounts?

Account & Orders
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is available. But creating an account makes future orders, returns, and tracking faster.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, yes — contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once it ships, we can’t modify it.
I forgot my password.
Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page — we’ll email you a reset link.
My item arrived damaged or wrong.
Send us photos via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement immediately and arrange a free return for the original.
